Webcam Traffic

Truth of the matter folks? Everyone has traffic for every niche. You just don't realize it yet! You may have pure SE traffic for Black on Blonde paysites. But throw up a link for MILF and guaranteed it will get some clicks. The bottom line is it doesn't matter what you target in the big picture. You really can have subniches within your own site.

With that in mind consider webcams. It is simply a subniche of adult - obviously. So without even thinking twice you KNOW you have traffic for it. Why? Read above, it's true.
So now you're asking... "How can I make the MOST of my webcam traffic and get as many clicks as possible out of it, while maintaining quality and NOT losing sales on my main niche?" Well that's a valid question to ask, and hopefully some of these tips will help you out a little bit:

QuickTips

1. Make a "Live Cams" table on your site somewhere. List 4+ images in a table (you can find REALLY good sponsors that have animated "Live Cam" images ready). Put a nice title in the table like "These Girls are Live and FREE!" Then at the bottom have a "Click Here to See the Live Girls!" If you have a gay site, adjust your wording accordingly.

2. Use text link catch phrases like "ENTER A FREE SEX SHOW HERE". Then send them to a secondary page on your domain like webcams.html. Once there, list some top webcam sponsors. Do some mini-reviews of the sites. Or even make a ghost page by listing a bunch of animated images and say "These girls are live and FREE!" You will get joins this way - it works.

3. If you run a TGP - make sure to throw in one hosted gallery a day for cam traffic. Sending to hosted galleries for FREE cam sites is a fantastic converter. It converts better than free trials, because they get free access for life.

4. Be open and creative with ideas. Use text links as often as possible because they are not intrusive. The people who click them are only clicking them because they are either interested, or the text was blind enough to create general interest. (Try to avoid generic links like "Cam Girls" Try to be a bit more interesting by saying "FREE Cam Girls - Now Live!")

5. If you have the ability to launch popups on your site without breaking any rules of the trade, you can launch a nice HPA, or what have you. Maybe be creative and make your own using some of the suggestions above.

6. Run a standard banner or button on your site - they always get the clicks (though not as much as really creative advertising methods)

7. Run some of your skim traffic to a cam site.

Now some of you are in complete and total shock at how easy this sounds. Or maybe you've decided already not to even bother trying. Before you give up so easy, you should be putting up 1 simple link on your site to test the theory that webcams DO sell. Use just one of the tips above and you will find out exactly what everyone is raging about and why Webcam sponsors are popping up offering insane payouts. Why are they doing this? Because the traffic converts so well that they are making a KILLING on it.

Let me ask you something: What in the world is better than watching 19 year old big boobed amateur girls masturbate on cam live in front of you? (think like a surfer people) Nothing. Get them hyped and they will drool while they signup.

So at this point you've got one of two concerns:

1. I am still not convinced I can convert webcam traffic

If you said "yes" to number 2, I am sorry but nothing can help you. Thank you for leaving more money on the table for everyone else though!

For you number 1's there is still hope. Read on to see what makes Webcams so special and WHY it will convert.

When surfers are going around looking for free porn - what could they want more than ONE central place to find all of the pictures and movies they could ever need? Well what if it was free for them to join? I'm sure everyone would be flocking to the site to see what is going on.
They do. Basically all you need to do is offer the surfer an excuse to signup. Whether that be 50 girls online live. Hundreds of free shows, archived and live. I mean the list of possible tags are endless. Really all you need to do is hit them with the idea and they will check it out. Leave the rest to the sponsor to convert them into your join - they are the professionals.

Note: Make sure you pick a sponsor that has specialty cams. That way you can target your traffic if you want to get really picky and are extremely anal about how things will work- and you're not sure if you want to send to a general site. This is certainly an option. So if you run a Big Boob site, be sure that you can promote your Bib Boob cams only to your members.

It's endless folks, and if you haven't gotten hyped and seen the potential yet... well what are you doing in the industry? You don't have any traffic or openness to new things!

I was trying to come up with something for the top part of my TGP page. I ended up doing a screen cap of one of the girl's info off of the new tour. I'm not one to put together a major ad myself... too lazy and I'm not a graphics person.
