I am very interested to know why scenes from Slayer Unleashed 4 are being used at Kara's Preview

They also are listed on the urls as follows:

Having just gotten off the phone with both HJ (the photographer) and Justin Slayer (the male star and company owner of Justin Slayer Productions) who are both very upset with this. All three of us want an explanation of why this happened, how this happened, and what maxcash will be doing about this for using our copyrighted works.

We own the complete copyright on this and most all of our titles with a few minor exceptions from much earlier releases.

I am about ready to purchase a membership to the site to also see if such material is being used within the members area. I fear it more than likely is.

If by chance your think you rightfully purchased a license for usage of this or any of our other DVD titles I strongly encourage you to alert me to where you made such a purchase and with whom you dealt with when making this purchase as they had no right to sell usage for our material.

I did look over your title 18-2257 links and also saw no refference to our custodian of records for the material in question or any of our other material.

I encourage other providers or copyright holders to carefully look over these sites as well.

Only thing I claimed here is unauthorized usage. If it happens to be an affiliate or there is a reasonable reason behind this I am sure they will explain.

If it is just an affiliate then I will be the first to appologize to maxcash.

At same time as an affiliate owner I know I am liable for what my affiliates use to promote our products. If one of our affiliates was using someone elses copyrighted material to promote our sites and I honestly had no idea that it was being done. Then I would not mind if someone came foward and posted the information in public. It would give me the chance to publicly handle the problem and show everyone that our company is ontop of such matters.

First off I became aware of this url Thursday. I put all my paperwork together and sent out emails with my friday outgoing emails. The producers got ahold of me today asking why nothing else had been done. I resent emails again today with another DMCA notice dated today. Also took screen captures today when someone said it went 404. It did not occure to me until someone pointed it out that today was a holiday.

All the links I checked throughout that site went to the same sponsor. Yes both domains did not have same contact info as I am aware of. It is not beyond reason thinking the domains still could of been under the same management though, odds are they are not yet it has happened many times in the past. Specially with more and more companies paying people to work at home or outsource in general.

The title of this thread should have been worded better and I apologize for that.

I thought the message hahahaha itself was clear enough asking a given url was using this material. Unfortunatly everything does not always come out as clearly as you think you typed it.

It did not occure to me until someone pointed it out that today was a holiday. All the links I checked throughout that site went to the same sponsor. Yes both domains did not have same contact info as I am aware of. It is not beyond reason thinking the domains still could of been under the same management though, odds are they are not yet it has happened many times in the past. Specially with more and more companies paying people to work at home or outsource in general. The title of this thread should have been worded better and I apologize for that. I thought the message hahahaha itself was clear enough asking a given url was using this material.
