Is it illegal to DRINK when you are 21 or less or to BUY alchool ?

That's just dumb ... Most kids drank when they were 13-14 here in canada ... If not earlier

It depends on the state and the circumstances although the are severly limited and most are 21 and up.

For ex. in some states a parent or gaurdian can give alcohol to thier own children in thier own home.

It's the truth, nations that put more restrictions on their youth have more problems with them, look at france or Europe that allow anyone to drink. The ratio percentage of alcoholism is so much less. Kids in N. America drink because they were told not too, I know thats why I did and my friends did.
