Quite a profound statement coming from a Canadian wigger.

It depends on the state and the circumstances although the are severly limited and most are 21 and up.

For ex. in some states a parent or gaurdian can give alcohol to thier own children in thier own home.

It's the truth, nations that put more restrictions on their youth have more problems with them, look at france or Europe that allow anyone to drink. The ratio percentage of alcoholism is so much less. Kids in N. America drink because they were told not too, I know thats why I did and my friends did.

Your country is still more fucked up than Canada.
