Looking for new exit traffic company. One that won't kill my base with massive consoles.

How much exit traffic can you send on a daily basis?
How does this sound? - $2.10 per CPM, max 2 consoles (one console on exit and then another console if they don't click something on the first console). - somewhat targeted to a few different niches. - $0.05 per each email collected off the exit console. - volume bonuses based on amount of email collected or traffic sent. - full live stats, pay cycle from mon-sun, payment by paypal on wednesday.
