![]() With all the RF out there...
I wonder if the old "foil hat" thing is such a bad idea after all ![]() For a thought provoking experiment, wrap your cell phone in a single layer of tinfoil & give it a call ![]() I wonder if there would be any long term health benefit to working in a foil-lined office? I mean a lot of us are in the office 8-12 or more hours per day... so it would be a nice break from all the extra RF pollution out there. If you were to line your bedroom with foil as well, then you could have a good 2/3 of your day nearly RF-free. lol ![]() |

umm..no
There are two things out there. Electric fields and magnetic fields. "Lining" something with foil does not necessarily attenuate either of them. As far as direct injury from cell phone use, look up a company called Remcom. They're pretty much proven that the heating to brain tissue from cell phone a antenna is negligible, and can be nearly avoided if you don't mash the phone into your head when using it (ie keeping 1/2" gap).

the RF is not nearly as bothersome as that chip George Bush had implanted in your head.
you didn't think we knew about that did you? we are watching. |

I guess its also noteworthy to mention that I've found that putting a half a grapefruit over each ear will block their ability to communicate with the device. But don't tell this to my neighbors... you thought police scanners were cool? Woo just wait till you start listening in on those brain implants. |

hmm how to effectively block microwaves? Maybe I could put a layer microwave-blocker under the foil? I suppose you could go to thrift stores and buy all the $1 microwaves you could get your hands on and take their liners? ![]() |
