Public Nudity content licensed or not?

Should a contentmaker selling public nudity content provide a model realise and scaned hahahahahahahahas of a models? For example open air nudists parties, beach nudists and topless girls.

Depends on the content. My stuff is fully up to code since we pay models to be nekkid in public.

Speak to a lawyer.

But the general rule of thumb is that if the model is over 18 and in a public place she is fair game.

Whether this will keep you out of trouble is vague and how you make sure she is over 18 without viewing her IDs is a hard one.

There are a lot of pics in magazines where people just walk on a streets, laying on a bech summer times not nude. They are all legal to publish. You just shoot surroundings. If a person gets nude in public it's quite enormal, you know. He/She shows the hahahaha to other people getting adrenalin or pleasure. He understands that breaks some moral rules. Then from the point of moral view somehahahaha can take some pics of him and publish I think. But it's just my opinion.

Can somehahahaha give the facts when a photographer was punished by the law for selling public nudity content without ID's of the models? I'm talking about those who shurely look 18 or older. You all know that billings can decline site with legal aged content with releases and photo ID's if their legal department suppose that it looks too young.

Share some links if you have according to topic title!

You can't use someone's photograph in a commercial way unless you have a model release.

The exception is *news*.

I accept that public nudity could be considered *news* if presented in a *news* forum.

The people doing public stuff are just hoping they get away with it.

Unless she's got saggy tits and grey hair you can never be sure that she's over 18. Young girls are dressing differently nowadays and wearing makeup at a younger age and all that shit. Better to be safe than sorry and somehow get proof of their legality.
