She's incredibly intelligent and will probably be very successful after some guidance, but she has terrible resource management skills, a poor sense of priority, is completely selfish, and could use a lesson in people skills and diplomacy (ie, learn when to keep her big yap shut).

I hate to say this, but the men far outshine the women, even though the women kicked ass when they were a group at the beginning of the show. The females are petty, bitchy, and not the kind of people you want to hire.
