Ok I was stupid enough to give a guy a try. I was going to do a small test mail for a sponsor that approved me emailing the list I was pitched. I sent the guy $200 bucks, he sent me samples of the creative, we had discussions on how and when to mail and then he disappeared.

Here is his ICQ 298-010-649 and he uses the name Freddy_Cash

Here is his info:

name: scott m baker
city: hedgeend
state: hampshire
country: united kingdom

I have given him notice that I was going to post and a week to respond. Hope my lesson save all of you $ and the embarassment of being scammed.
