dehydration is the most common cause
drink more water before you go to bed and maybe keep a sports bottle of water close by for "during the night" refills

If you're serious about the headache(though I can't understand why headless people like imagining they've got a right to have headaches ), it could be anything: from overworking to poor oxygen supply to your brain. I don't think there's a reason to visit a GFY doc('cause it's too fucking dangerous, so KEEP OUT! ), but it's a good way to think of the things you eat and drink and try taking walks instead of driving(if you drive, of course...Are headless people allowed to drive? )

Maybe it's a toomah. You should go get checked to see if it is a toomah.

Then you can come back here and be like Arnie and say

"It's nadda toomah"

Adjusting the hieght of your pillow might work. I get bad headaches in the morning if I use a really fluffy pillow. Pinches a nerve in my neck or something.

Then you probably have too much blood in your alcohol system. As your doctor I prescribe vodka. Enjoy.
