Sounds like Apache reporting a syntax error in a perl script.

I'm guessing that you moved code from one server to another, and the new machine is missing a perl module the script depends on.

Hit me up ok AT afn DOT org if you need a hand.

Perl coders: shame on you for not using CGI::Carp... (unless of course _that's_ the missing module; in which case, Administrators: shame on you for not installing CGI::Carp by default!)

Add this under the path to perl. It should show you more info on the error.
