1) go to http://httpd.apache.org/download.cgi
2) download the Apache server for WinXP 3) install it follow the instructions 4) get all the additional info here: http://httpd.apache.org/docs-2.1/

 what i needed is called IIS, its a w-i-n-d-o-w-s component *edit* cant type hahahahahahas cause then it says hahahahaha fuckin gay |
