Hmmm I was just looking at some real estate in Puerto Rico this morning and was about to ask GFY if any webmasters lived there for some opinions when I saw this post! Did you know there is no federal income tax in PR?

There's all sorts of price ranges for houses. I don't know locations on the island, but this one looks very nice:
