does anyone have experience with theplanet.com? we are thinking of switching to them. what about servermatrix.com, their new addition?

I have a TC2800i server at theplanet.com
never had a downtime and very reliable. TC servers are different. (not SM servers) you get quality managed service, Veritas tape backup(40gb), RLX Total Control Management(they install secondary NIC for RLX and backup) and more cool addons with dual Xeon RHEL server. |

ServerMatrix is a good hosting company, we use them on a few of our sites. The bandwidth is top quality and the price is low. Support sometimes can be a little slower then others but they do answer reboots and outage reports quickly. They even have a 2-ring SLA on the phone support.
