Well i imagine it might be a good idea to find something that you would possibly prosecute him for .. Calling you names ??? Posting funny pictures ??? Maybe for starters, you might even want to find a rule that has been broken ?? Anything ?? Nothing ?? thats what i thought.. I'm glad we got that settled...

Oh and for all of the people that posted here, and offered solutions, or even voiced their frustration at the loss of some of the features due to an asshole that gets his kicks by tearing things up....
