I'm going to go this whole week without a cigarette!!!
Wish me luck. I'm only doing this cuz my mom BEGGED me and I promised I would go one week without a cigarette. Well, here it goes from a half a pack to a pack a day to nothing for a week... WISH ME LUCK!!
I'm also gonna give up coffee this week as well!! |

but you can only really give up when YOU are ready for it so i hope u are ready  PS - good idea to give up coffee too - tests show drinking coffee makes it harder to stop smoking dunno why - probably a psychological link

Three packs a day? The most I've ever smoked in a day was two packs. That was mainly because we were drinking for about 12 hours straight. We need the smokes to go with it.

If you can't go for 1 week you're pretty weak. All smokers are weak stop this shit for life when you still can.

dont quit! u will miss the smooth refreshing taste of a smoke in the morning, have a beer, wat goes with a beer? a smoke! why quit now, u have been smoking for ever, its part of ur lifestyle now. keep smoking and keep the mountain air fresh in your lungs.

if you only smoke a half pack a day, that shouldnt be too hard. good luck though.
Im up to fucking 2 packs a day now. and about a 12 pack a day too. wow. im gonna die before im 30.
