if i could quit cigarettes anyone can.

i have the most addictive personality on the planet.

if i can break that habit you can.

i quit smoking cigs cold turkey, went without for close to 3 years, then started smoking again for about 1 year.

Quit cold turkey again and havent looked back, its been about 2 years now, and I cant stand the smell of cigarettes anymore.

FINALLY broke the habit. It might take multiple times, but dont kid yourself with pills and patches. QWuit if you want to, but dont lie to yourself. I looked myself in the mirror and told myserlf I HAD TO QUIT. My dads mom died of lung cancer from smoking, he said it was the hardest thing watching his mother die and conitnue to crave cigs... and it will happen to you.

with me it was ALL or NONE and the only way i could quit was to stop saying: "After this pack" or "after this one" or "ill only smoke tonight because im going out."

fact is, if you cant go out without smoking a cig, that its as worse as not being able to go out and not have a drink. You are an addict, and thats when things lose their fun.
