Well one thing Spain should get credit for is the commuter train bomb was
on March 11 2004 and this police killing bomb thing today was because the Spanish cops were zeroing in on the train bomb suspects. So that means it only took the Spanish authorities 23 days to find who was responsible for the train tragedy on the 11th. Good job there. The scary part is the terrorists were still there in Spain 23 days after the fact. More was/is in the workings for sure.
