Who here buys mp3s?

i have to admit, i started buying them ever since i tried finding them online and having them all corrupted.

i dont know about u guys, but the days of hours of downloading thousands of free music will be harder and harder to come by.

thoughts?

It's getting to the point where it's worth buying...everything you download for free is sabotaged and ,like you said, corrupted.

What kind of music did you like i recommend psyshop.com for psy/goa trance music and if you are low on cash you can download free-psyware Soul Seek for downloading music

I never get corrupted files. What program are you using and type of music? Is it popular music or hard to find stuff that is old?

the old stuff are easier to find, but the new pop stuff are mostly corrupted.

i just think that since there are big corporations involved in selling mp3s, they would like to poison the pool by putting up corrupt music so that we pay for it.

as for mirc. its that easy/ time consuming to locate a specific song?

mIRC is great for full albums, and Bit Torrents are a great source as well. I can't justify spending .99 cents per song for an 18 song album.

ok I got a fix for you http://methlabs.org/methlabs.htm go here and get PeerGuardian
I use it and it blocks those bots trying to scan you to see if you are sharing files and helps stop with all the fake files and fake servers.

If you have that already only other advice I got is get shareaza. I also use it because there is less people using it so there are less people putting fake crap on it.

I have never paid for mp3s, but then again i don't listen to pop and download the latest beat every 5 seconds which is the same fucking beat sold under a different name. I don't have a problem getting mp3s but I already have most of the ones I want.
