on the norm they only pay 5 bux if you keep a 1:7 ratio or better
mine is about 1:50 lol but he announced that he will pay 5 for every email collected on fridays during april i havent reached payout limit yet with them so i cant answer your other question im a much lower budget webmaster, without alot of traffic lol
