Financial Peace by Dave Ramsey has to be up in my top ten.

Fiction...

I'm very partial to Lillian Jackson Braun's "The Cat Who..." series. I also like Jean M Auel's "Earth's Children" series.

And Anne Rice's "Sleeping Beauty" trilogy. YuM.

catcher and clockwork are two favs.

but i don't think i can nail down a single favorite book. i really, really REALLY love: 'the old man and the sea' and 'on the road'

those two books probably affected me more than any other, but i still can't narrow down my favorites to a couple of books.

I know it's hard Quite.. I wasn't sure if to ask for a list of top 5 or just 1.
I also meant mostly non fiction books. I just finished a book today and want to go get a new one later today, so thought this would be a good thread to help me out

i am an avid reader, so its hard to nail down just one book. at the moment i am completely into Tim Dorsey. he is a florida native and i can honestly say i have never read funnier books. i am on his newest at the moment, Cadillac Beach
anyone who enjoys a good chuckle while reading should check him out. every person who i have suggested him to have thanked me later.

Pillars of the Earth - Ken Follett.

If you like multiple plot lines all colliding at the end, you'll love Ken Follett.

Eye of the Needle is another favorite of mine and also by Ken Follett.

Cheers,

I personally don't read anything not business related or self improvement books.
My favorites are negotiation books but I ran through most of them by now, few times.
Other books I like, "Awaken the giant within" by Anthony Robbins and "How to be rich" by JP Getty.
