Financial Peace by Dave Ramsey has to be up in my top ten.

I'm very partial to Lillian Jackson Braun's "The Cat Who..." series. I also like Jean M Auel's "Earth's Children" series.

And Anne Rice's "Sleeping Beauty" trilogy. YuM.

but i don't think i can nail down a single favorite book. i really, really REALLY love: 'the old man and the sea' and 'on the road'

those two books probably affected me more than any other, but i still can't narrow down my favorites to a couple of books.

i am an avid reader, so its hard to nail down just one book. at the moment i am completely into Tim Dorsey. he is a florida native and i can honestly say i have never read funnier books. i am on his newest at the moment, Cadillac Beach
