In reply to the one post by any representative of fast adult traffic I'm demanding some answers.

You did not reply at all to the matter of the imc src traffic. I have proven that 38% of the $5/k north american traffic I'm getting is img src traffic.

That means for $50 I'm only getting 6200 visitors to my site. I'm not even gonna mention that those 6200 are total fucking garbage as well.

That means I'm paying $8/k for some shitty north american 404 traffic. The 38% has only discounted the img src traffic. On another non geo targetted package I bought 10k of your 404 traffic and only 150 counted on my popup sponsor.

Right now I'm looking into the BBB and seeing what can be done. What are the rest of you FAT customers doing?

It's time to get some fucking justice against at least one of the scam companies out there.

Also calling out the people with FAT sigs and anyone who works for them. Ozzy, if you're actually a stand up guy you'll either fix the scripts to give out real traffic or dump FAT totally.

Hi.

Thank you for your demand.

We requested tha you email us [email protected] and as far as I can tell you have not done so.

We use apache web servers and in the config we block hotlinking by looking at all IMAGES and rewriting the URL of all images that don't have the SITE as a REFERER.

The rewritten destination URL goes to a 404 page. That 404 page itself [if the html is loaded and acted upon] will launch a popup; it's also a default 404 page for other sites.

If a hotlinked image hits that page, well the browser might load the html into the gif, but I don't think most will. Anyway, it either WILL or won't spawn a popup. The popup is spawned AFTER the hit goes through our traffic management system, and the customer campaign is loaded into that previously spawned popup window. That's for exit/popunder/popup traffic.

For 404 traffic, same situation minus the pop.

So, I don't think that we can look at HOTLINKED images as being the souce of your "img src" traffic.

For us to consider that 40% of the traffic we're sending to folks is coming from missing gifs is just inconceivable to us.

Maybe it's so.

I don't think it is.

For all traffic, it comes through our traffic management system, which has much of it written in PHP, so we too can inspect headers there. The traffic is generally routed through the traffic management system with a 302 redirect.

Please send us your logs and your script and we'll run some tests and look at it with you.

If you want to work on the issue with us, you've been politely invited to do so.

If you want to put us down and call us names, go ahead, but we're not going to engage in this public masturbation debate.
