Well technically the way the law works. It may or may not be illegal for them to run the site , but it is prob illegal for you to be viewing it....

If it was legal to have donkey sex in columbia then i suppose it would be ok to have a donkey sex website as long as it was run and hosted in columbia , but would be illegal for anyone outside of columbia to view...
