it's only been since Monday that I quit drinking and smoking. I am in the state of panic. What shall I do? I have nothing to do and am craving a beer... really... really... baaaaad! I can't handle it... there is nothing else to do this weekend.

think of all the money you are saving! take up a new hobby that is productive- i started going to the gym 3 years ago when i stopped smoking.
