There's something called "bestemmingsplan"..freely translated "purpose overview" for every building in Holland.
If someone knows a better terms for it..please do post :D

Houses may be used partially for business, but not entirely. Businesses are not allowed to use as living spaces. And not every office building is allowed to be used for every business.
