I payed 1700 Euros for 196 m2, but that was a awesome place. Now I am looking for something new, and I can't find anything I like for under 1500. I think it depends on where the office is, I want to have an office in the centre of Amsterdam and there aren't that many places waiting to be used

True, no farting in my office. But about someone being lazy, it sucks if that happens but i dont really care. As long as that lazy person pays the rent on time he can be lazy. Once again, i dont want to partner up, altho it could happen in the future it is not my goal now.

Well looks like my buddy Nembrionic is in but ofcourse he needs some time to think it over. Hes also a photographer so thats good for us both.

We want 1 more person for sure, to cover the costs but most importantly i think its a better working atmosphere with 3 people rather than 2. Just 2 people in a big room can be deadly boring :)

I am looking for a office but I dont think it would be smart if I shared my office with anybody. I am going to get a secretary that needs to have a seat and a phone and Coffee machine. And I got people coming over all the time.
