photoshop help
anyone know any good photoshop tutorials for simple text shadows and glows? And others things used in galleries?
Also if any one can tell me an easy way to match a backround color from frontpage into photoshop so that I don't have to do transparent gifs? Thanks

What I usually do is get the color code (#FFFFFF) from the source in my html editor (Frontpage) and copy and paste it into the color pallette of Photoshop.
I know, sometimes these will not match exactly after you import it from PS to FP. At that point I go to (In FP) Format>Background In the background, drop it down and click more colors. Click the 'Select' tool and it will bring up a waterdropper. glide it over your image that was created with PS and click. Now it will match exact. Good Luck! ![]() |

Make a new page in FP - slap your new graphic in and change the BG color as directed above by sliding the waterdropper over your graphic's BG color and clicking. Wallah! Perfect match |

Just get the color code etc #ff4500 or whatever, then in photoshop go to edit - fill choose either foreground color or backgorund color!! Make sure you have the foreground color or backgorund color set to what color you want!! On the tool box, normally on the left of photoshop! you'll see 2 little squares!! these represent the foreground and backgorund colors!! just double click on either one and set to the color you want!!! |
