Is that this is bad news, i mean this is a rival company who now has access to everyone's stats and membership details. It wouldn't take much to list all members paying $30.00 a month to adult sites and spam them with a discount $20 membership to Penthouse if they swap over ?

I thought that some of the old management are also part of this deal so its not a clean sweep by any means.

I took steps months ago to swap out all my dealings with Ibill after reading some posts on GFY and i am so glad i did. I don't want a company like Penthouse who cannot manage their own finances to manage mine if you get my point ?

Ibill are so far the only billing company of the big 3 to get fined by Visa under its new TOS and pass it on to the webmasters.
That plus all the other fuck up's is why they are being sold. Now Penthouse a company that filed in August last year, now suddenly have the funds to buy Ibill who apparently has a ton of debts. Dose this sound like any companies you would trust to look after your money. I don't think so!!!
As far as i am concerned Ibill died years ago and Epoch and CCbill took top ranking for online billing companies. I know CCbill and Epoch ( Paycom ) are not without problems but no way in hell can they be as bad as Ibill ?

All of this "ibill, ccbill,epoch etc..." talk is really a moot issue. It is really Visa and MC that are controlling the adult online billing transactions, and they are determined to end it all very soon. Look at what has been happening the past 2 years (especially the last year) it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see where it's all leading. The processors like ibill, ccbill, etc.... are nothing but the gateways for visa, MC and don't have any control over the decissions that are made in regards to the adult processing. This year will bring some very interresting twists to the adult industry for sure.:2 cents:
