Can anyone confirm this? i did some searching but the only thing that comes up is a bunch of spam for pills.

MD says no..although it is rumored that bananas can make it thicker. If you're looking for an overall increase I'd say probably not..if you're looking for a nice load during sex, get close! to orgasm a few times but don't cum...you build it up each time and the finale will have some weight.
