going on 2 weeks now since I have given up fast food and I can say it make a damn big difference not only in your wallet but my energy has increased.Not only am I exercising (not just fuckin) but my overall energy has increased..believe me,fast food is a huge key is getting back in shape and getting your health under control

you just realized this? i'm actually trying to gain weight but i stay away from fast food because of the saturated fat, etc. subway is good though.

it was more of a will power thing.I had been real lazy since I went to porn fulltime.Before that I was always active and being out since it was part of my mainstream job

Same here. I stopped eating junk food and hit the gym every day. I also stopped drinking regular milk and switched to soy milk. I don't drink ANY sodas or iced teas either... I drink only water now... unless I'm drinking a protien shake, then I use the soy milk.

I cut back on alcohol a lot too.
