Is it possible to steal traffic ?
Let says I got a gallery on my server .. could someone hack in and install a script which makes all US/UK clicks goes to their sponsors or something ?

Yes, it's VERY possible.
But I don't think people would. I mean it'd be terribly easy with all these scripts wm's are using. Made with business and not security in mind. The thing is where are they gonna send the hits? A sponsor or to feed their own site, either of which is easily traceable to them.
