The Law is so fucking stupid... you can have a video of the guy killing another... but if the video was taken without a warrant... and thats your only evidence.. the guy will be found not guilty... put back in society and might kill others...
The guy/cop that got the vid without the warrant should be penalized, a fine, or whatever... but to throw out the evidence!? LOL Who's the dumbass behind that rule!? LOL |

It seems a shame that eleged pictures of sex acts between him and a child cannot be admitted to court.
The camera was wrapped in a towel in a sports bag somewhere they didn't have a warrent to search
