The filter is by Flaming Pear software and its called "aetherize" It works nice for all sorts of images, including adult content. You have to play around with the tweak controls on it, but its not hard to get great results very quickly with it.

lol.. That's my fishing spot. That litte Island there grows grass about 5 feet high. I sit in the middle of the grass in a lawn chair with my cooler of beer and my fishing rod and fish for hours.
