I used to have horrible insomnia when I worked a regular job and this business has been a God-send for that, because now I just go to bed when I feel tired. If that's 10 pm, or 6 am, whenever I'm tired.

There's really nothing better than a good night's sleep. Your insomnia will go away if you don't think about a lot of things too much. Give your mind and body the proper rest, and you'll be a revitalized person in no time.
