webair your turning into candid

i emailed you all a week ago, and icq'd, and instant messaged about a problem with the DNS on my server, since my DNS has been down adn you all havent helped me, i've lost traffic. can someone from webair please post contact info so i can get this fixed?

Hello adrenalinedef,

Do you have a server with Candid Hosting? If so and if you do ever have a problem contact me directly. I will do my best to expedite the work for you. Since the new ownership took over Candid seven month's ago we have decreased the average resolution time per ticket to 30 minutes.

If you don't have a server with us then you should contact me to work out a deal for you!

In the meantime I have sent a message to Mike at Webair and if he is around I am sure he will be contacting you ASAP!

They NEVER try the live support, and always run to the board bitching about their little problems.

Any issue I have had, I got on live support and it was fixed within minutes.

Its so funny when these people make these threads.

Email and icq both VERY UNRELIABLE, yet these genius cant figure out to use live support.

lucky i dont own a host, id close accounts all day like this

Id kill all virtual and only dweal with dedicated

I've always had a good experience when I've tried the Webair live tech support thing - always a prompt response with little or no waiting and the people at the other end have go the shit done with no fuss, mostly while I wait.

With some compagnies you have to tell the tech guys 5-10 times what you want before you get it . If you email him there is something in his hands at least.

Webair tech guys have always fixed the problem with one request.

Have you ever dealt with webair?

Ive been with them since before I started posting on this board.

I have had my issues with them over the years and everyone was worked out same day, same hours upon my need.

In fact, ive NEVER even really emailed support.

Phone or live support has always taken care of me.

And thats for 3+ years.

See now I've tried webair live support on several occasions and most of the time I couldn't get through. The first time went fine, the other times I guess it was all backed up.

If you open a ticket though, they'll get back to you. If you really can't wait, like I couldn't the other day, call them and it'll be resolved in 5 minutes. They didn't even ask for my ticket.

Regardless of them getting back to you or not, why would you wait a week with a DNS issue that was causing you to lose traffic without calling them?

If a host were costing me money/traffic & I couldn't get ahold of them via ticket system, email or ICQ within 30 mins -- I'd call them.

they're avaible via live support of at 1866webair1..i've called 6pm on a sat and they phone was picked up within 2 rings,live support is also an opition...and i'm on a virtual so it's not like they only care if you have your own box..webair is A-1 in my book
