webair your turning into candid
i emailed you all a week ago, and icq'd, and instant messaged about a problem with the DNS on my server, since my DNS has been down adn you all havent helped me, i've lost traffic. can someone from webair please post contact info so i can get this fixed?

Do you have a server with Candid Hosting? If so and if you do ever have a problem contact me directly. I will do my best to expedite the work for you. Since the new ownership took over Candid seven month's ago we have decreased the average resolution time per ticket to 30 minutes. If you don't have a server with us then you should contact me to work out a deal for you! In the meantime I have sent a message to Mike at Webair and if he is around I am sure he will be contacting you ASAP! |

I've always had a good experience when I've tried the Webair live tech support thing - always a prompt response with little or no waiting and the people at the other end have go the shit done with no fuss, mostly while I wait.

If a host were costing me money/traffic & I couldn't get ahold of them via ticket system, email or ICQ within 30 mins -- I'd call them. |
they're avaible via live support of at 1866webair1..i've called 6pm on a sat and they phone was picked up within 2 rings,live support is also an opition...and i'm on a virtual so it's not like they only care if you have your own box..webair is A-1 in my book
