If I believed that I should pay a bill to someone that pulled the plug on hosting on my site for no reason, then i would certainly pay the money. BTW, did you pay your hosting company for that bandwith? |

My previous designer was paid a downpayment. I have no problems with that. But when the project went 8 weeks past due with no completion in site, that is when we pulled the plug and are now looking elsewhere. They agreed to that and provided us with the files. We no beef with them other than lack of progress.
