So what do people think about today's FCC indecency ruling?

The House bill, approved 391-22, would give the Federal Communications Commission (news - web sites) the authority to fine broadcasters as much as $500,000 per violation and apply large penalties against on-air personalities who willfully break the rules." Does it affect the adult internet biz at all? Does running a website qualify as "broadcasting"? Anyone? |
