as i stated before we have worked it out and both sides are happy....

No one pays people for traffic thats worthless but if he followed all your rules and managed to send you complete crap but did nothing wrong the right thing to do is pay him if he beat the system that you setup your rules he should be paid from a business standpoint this sucks but it is still the right thing to do.

Good. I just got my chat bot back up and running after months. I even coded it to automatically sign them up when they click but that idea didn't work out too good and I figured it eventually might get you in trouble with the fuzz(AOL).
