I do this ALL THE TIME!!!! I'll even put them on and start to pull up Winamp but then get distracted by email or something and sit there for hours with headphones on and no music!

Sometimes if its a thread bumped from a few hours ago but I think its brand new I'll be reading along and then I see a reply that I made and it freaks me out.

These are quiete serious symptoms of too much work, in my opinion. It's actually scary.

Sometimes I'll have a song playing in winamp accidentally on loop and forget about it. So a couple hours later i'll realize that the same song has been playing and change it.

It's stress, for working too much. Sometimes I go through my work over and over again for me to remember what I was supposed to do. Only to realize I have wasted more time and ends up doing nothing!
