things I do everyday that make me feel dumb
- leaving my computer headphones on for hours after the music stopped
- going into rooms and not having a clue why I went there - picking up the mail, putting it on my desk but taking hours to open it. - reading the same threads more than twice without realising I read all the posts already I am sure I will think of more. |
- sitting here for hours on end staring at the monitor wondering where the time went

I find myself in the rooms and I have no clue wtf am I doing there. And many times I hold something in my hand but i have no idea why am I holding it. Or I get in my car, start driving somewhere, and then I forget where am I going.
These are quiete serious symptoms of too much work, in my opinion. It's actually scary. |
Feeling stupid will not make it better. Just say the hell with it and move on. :)

Sometimes I'll have a song playing in winamp accidentally on loop and forget about it. So a couple hours later i'll realize that the same song has been playing and change it.
|
It's stress, for working too much. Sometimes I go through my work over and over again for me to remember what I was supposed to do. Only to realize I have wasted more time and ends up doing nothing!
