This is called direct linking to an outside source. It is something that happens all the time. Disabling hotlinking from unauthorized sites is very easy.

If you have more of that kind of content, you are welcome to join the forum and post it (with your affiliate links!) on the site. I find that Forum traffic doesn't convert well, but forum members seem to go all over the place and post the same thing on different forums. So once it's all over the place, you have some exposure. At that point you can disable the link and send the 404 traffic anywhere you like. |
