When I was in cabo 6 out of the 10 people I was with got food posioning. Everyone ate different things so it was hard to narrow it down. I belive it usually sets in within 12 hours but don't quote me on that. Thankfully I didn't get sick.

it was in the fridge for a week or so, marinated but not cooked.......i cooked it all the way through tonight, but there was nothing nasty about it. it tasted pretty normal. i'm just not sure about it.
