its based on community standards, so where you live plays a big role in convicting you. If you live in Los Angeles I see it being very difficult due to it being the porn capitol of the world.

There is no definition of obscenity.
You won't know if it's obscene until the jury reaches a verdict. This depends on where they decide to prosecute you. There are places in America where Playboy is considered obscene. If if they can access/order it from there, you can be prosecuted there. Prosecution is at the whim of the government. Some administrations pursue adult entertainment, some don't. |
