You won't know if it's obscene until the jury reaches a verdict.
This depends on where they decide to prosecute you.
There are places in America where Playboy is considered obscene.
If if they can access/order it from there, you can be prosecuted there.
Prosecution is at the whim of the government.
Some administrations pursue adult entertainment, some don't.
