I don't think of them without some kind of input, eg; if i see someone smoking.. i think.. "waste of money, your fucking up your lungs, ive seen someone die from this shit/loose limbs/end up on oxygen and die slowly/painfully, i don't need that shit" but i dont get cravings from seeing sometone smoke or smelling it ( though i still do like the smell of fresh cig smoke - stale smoke smell makes me feel sick). | |

				 | The only time I was able to quit for a decent amount of time was with the patch for 6 months. It's real hard especially when you sit at a cpu all day

				 | Check out Dr Allen Carr's Easy Way to Stop Smoking. It really is easy (if you follow the method he tells you), I've been clean for about 5 years and I never even think about smoking, and I honestly and genuinely find it quite disgusting now. It's all about associations. |

				 | I had the nerve to quit 15 years of hard 30 cigs/day smoking, 14 days before the birth of our daughter. It's been 10 months now, I only miss the smoking when I go party and after sex... lol Good luck man, I hope you succeed. It's worth it in so many ways.
