yup cause i got 60$ worth of USA traffic so far.. I have had 2 attempted sign ups from some 3rd world countries which were denied. and 1 actual sign up out of over 60$ worth of traffic.. and it has taken 4 days to get that small amount of traffic.. i bought 250$ worth.. at the rate it's going it will take 1 month before i recieve it
