USA or UK Bank Accounts online with ATM card?
I need a UK or USA online bank account where i can wire /deposit funds and withdraw using an International ATM card.
Anyone know of any?

I know some non-us webmasters that have used this
http://www.thebancorp.com They've never even been to the us, they just send all the documents in by mail and fax
