USA or UK Bank Accounts online with ATM card?
 

I need a UK or USA online bank account where i can wire /deposit funds and withdraw using an International ATM card.

Anyone know of any?

You get a Visa check card so you can use the Visa at an ATM or any store/website where Visa is accepted.

Thanks, but i need to be able to Join from outside of Canada and the form needs a perminant address in Canada!

Oops... didn't see that.
I'm not sure what country you're in, but you'd most likely have to find a bank in your country that has an agreement with an American bank.
