I've always heard Canon is the best when it comes to digital video, so not sure about Sony.. best not to rush into a large buy though unless you know the camera is what you're looking for.

I really want to get it. I definitely need another video camera! Right now. I have a JVC DVM90u. The quality is really good. But the bad part you can't put a light on it and doesn't have night vision.
